Logistics

Dragon Industries doesn’t “recommend” specific tank farms as Buyers need to conduct their own Due Diligence on anyone with whom they wish to do business. However, through the course of doing fuel transactions, Dragon’s suppliers will approve tank farms for use in their transations.

This approval process is done directly with the port databases and bypasses unreliable validation methods such at web sites and direct contact. If the tank farm is not in the a port’s database as active and meeting all the necessary requirements to do business in the port, it is declined for use in a transaction. These declinations are final and cannot be appealed. In these situations, the Buyer is required to find a new logistics supplier and submit a new TSA for validation.

Those tank farms that have either passed our suppliers’ verification processes or that have actually provided storage to our successful buyers are available in a document, which you can download here. We have also provided a Storage Request Letter of Interest, which all logistics suppliers will require in order to issue a TSA. Should you wish to do business with one of these tank farms, it’s usually a good idea to have Dragon submit the LOI and any application/supplemental documents for faster turn around.
