Who we Are
Dragon Industries is a limited-focus commodities trading firm with a core specialization in refined fuels. We typically act as Seller Mandates for our suppliers, helping them place product with qualified, capable buyers. We also re-sell fuel that we obtain from our mandated sellers and sell to those buyers who are not inclined to meet the logistics requirements necessary to engage with primary fuel producers.
Our suppliers are primary fuel producers, although we may also work with other reputable producers and title holders when the structure and counterparties are the right fit.
What We Do
Refined Fuels Are Our Core
Our primary focus is on refined fuels, including, but not limited to:
- Aviation Kerosene Jet A-1
- EN590 10PPM
- D6 Virgin Fuel Oil
- LPG & LNG
- Other refined products as presented on our Sellers’ Soft Corporate Offers.
We concentrate on bulk transactions in major ports FOB and on CIF deliveries to Any Safe World Port. Our sellers are Contract Sellers, offering Trial Lifts to be followed by Sale and Purchase Agreements for 12 months, up to 5 years with Rolls and Extensions.

About Our Founder
Dragon Industries, “DI” (Formerly Dragon Realty Capital) was originally founded by Craig Higdon © to offer commercial real estate financing nationwide and it did so far 30 years. With massive changes looming in the commercial real estate market, increasing interest rates, increasing inflation, and destabilization in Fiat currencies towards the end of 2022, the decision was made to move into refined fuels and subsequently, other commodities.

However, Mr. Higdon is a “recovering engineer” having survived the Mechanical Engineering curriculum at the University of Southern California, receiving his BSME and later obtaining his Masters in Business Administration at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. He is a practicing Second Degree black belt in Shaolin Kempo, so it’s not a good idea to get him really angry.

Steve Jeffries joined Dragon Industries after 33 years in the financial services industry. He strengthens our transaction origination team with sharp attention to detail, experience managing multiple complex deals, and a strong background in negotiation and multi-channel marketing. Highly focused on results, Steve plays a key role in turning opportunities into completed transactions.
Steve is a native Oklahoman and is based in Los Angeles County, California.
