For those brokers and buyers seeking to use Dragon Industries Platts-based pricing procedure (see below for current SCO), you MUST register your fuel purchase request through the form below, no exceptions.

Once your information is in our system, depending upon your position in the list, you will be notified if you are the Primary or Backup buyer for your fuel. Backup buyers should be ready to transact in the event of a Primary buyer default and Backup buyers will be next in line for future allocations.

You will receive an email acknowledgement that your allocation request has been received.
